Illegal gambling in Hong Kong on the rise during pandemic

The pandemic has taken its toll on mental health in Hong Kong. In addition to anxiety and depression, there has been an increase in addictions. Addiction is not just substance abuse, but can take its form in other destructive behavior, such as gambling.
